Photos of the Villa

 

The villa is newly renovated and redecorated this year. The bed linen, matresses and pillows are new, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with some cookery books to inspire you to visit and buy the local produce.

 

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, full length mirrors, and ample space. The shower rooms and loos -one upstairs and one down are newly fitted in a modern contemporary style. 

 

 

Inside the Villa- bedrooms

 

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa with a single bed in the office on the ground floor, and the sofa in the 2nd sitting room converts into a double bed. 

 

Bedroom 1- large double room on the first floor with a view out over the swimming pool

 

Bedroom 2- large double room on the first floor with view out onto the countryside surrrounding the villa

 

Bedroom 3-large double room with twin beds. The bedroom has blackout curtains and views out onto the countryside surrounding the villa.

 

Ground floor. This room is normally used as an alternative sitting room to the main lounge and has a sofa which converts into a double bed. It has views out onto the front and side terraces. There is a downstairs toilet and shower room which can be used with this bedroom without the need to go upstairs.

 

Ground floor. This room is an office room with a desk. It is a large single room with a large single bed.  There is a downstairs toilet and shower room which can be used with this bedroom.


 

Inside the villa- other rooms

 

  • Kitchen- large kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, fully equipped for cooking.

  • Laundry room- washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, hoover, leading onto the back terrace where clothes can also be dried on the clothes horses.

  • Lounge- large lounge with two french windows out onto the main courtyard of the property. Seating area for up to 8 people and dining table which can accomodate 6-8 people.

Gardens and pool

 

The villa is completely surrounded by a high stone wall and electric gates, allowing for total privacy. The pool is surrounded by an approved fence and lockable gate. The ornamental well is covered and locked. There are a number of pool toys, and floats to relax on and play with. 

The herb garden has basil, mint and rosemary which you can use for cooking. There is a vine growing, and jasmine to help scent the garden.

The garden has a slide and a number of outdoor toys for children, plus a little stone house with real shutters to play in
