Autumn /Winter  (Sept-March)  500 eur per week, plus extra for heating 

Spring (April- May) 1200 eur per week

Summer: (June- 1500 EUR July-August)  from 1800 per week

Change over day at the villa is Saturdays. Check in time is 4.00pm and check out is 10.00am. 

 

Please note that a deposit of 20% of the cost of the villa during the rental period is required to reserve your booking.  This is non-refundable. The full cost is due 6 weeks prior to the start date of your stay. 

 

A deposit of 400 EUR will also be required for any breakages or damage to the property which is due 6 weeks before the start date of your stay. This will be refunded to you via wire transfer within 2 weeks of the finish of your stay, minus any costs incurred.
